Starting January 20, enjoy daily yoga at the University of Rochester, offered by the Mindful University Project, Yoga Vibe, and the Goergen Athletic Center. These classes offer a welcoming space to build strength, ease stress, and cultivate presence, supporting your well-being on and off the mat during the academic semester. Open and free to all University of Rochester full-time students and R-club members (part-time students, faculty, and staff who join the R Club membership).
