About Us
Eastman NAfME Graduate Student Collegiate Chapter is a collegiate chapter and a professional organization for all pre-service, in-service, and retired teachers who are graduate students at the Eastman School of Music. Our main goal is to advocate music education for the entire graduate student body. We will accomplish this by:
Establishing connections with professionals in order to strengthen relations among the community
Hosting relevant workshops and panels to inform the student body and add on to their knowledge of music education.
Promoting participation in regional and national conferences
Mentoring graduate level pre-service music educators at the Eastman School of Music.
Supporting the efforts of the undergraduate chapter
