The mission of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs is to advise, advocate for, and promote the learning and development of fraternity and sorority members through collaborative partnerships which support the University's Mission and Meliora Values and advance the College Competencies.

Vision

Students who engage in programs, activities, and services provided by Fraternity and Sorority Affairs will [or will be able to] :

├óÔé¼┬ó Gain practical skills and knowledge they can apply to daily life

├óÔé¼┬ó Use critical thinking skills (e.g., raise vital questions, gather and assess relevant information, think open mindedly with alternative systems of thought and communicate effectively) to positively shape the vision, goals, and activities of their chapters and community.

├óÔé¼┬ó Demonstrate personal responsibility and make informed decisions that are congruent with personal values, the University's Meliora Values, and the tenets of their national/international organizations.

├óÔé¼┬ó Identify and use their personal strengths in leadership capacities to achieve chapter and community goals.

├óÔé¼┬ó Demonstrate care for others within their chapters, community, and a global society.
