The Society of Women Engineers is an organization that empowers women to succeed and advance in the field of engineering. Our aim is to build leadership skills, provide networking opportunities, and instill a strong sense of mutual support and community.

SWE is affiliated with the national organization. This allows us to network with local professionals and attend the annual Women in Engineering Conference.
